Lux Lamps, LLC wants to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, so we make returns easy and simple. We are happy to replace any item or accept a return of an item, no questions asked, as long as the item meets the following criteria:

The order was placed 30 days prior to return request.
The item must have all it's original packaging and there must not be any additional writing on the box.
Merchandise must be in full resalable condition.
Merchandise must be free of scratches and/or defects.
The item(s) must not have been installed.
Shipping is paid for by the customer.

A restocking fee of 30% will apply.

Any product that arrives damaged or with manufacturer defects can be returned without a restock fee or shipping fee. In addition, a replacement itemm will be sent.

For the returned item(s), an Return Merchandis Authorization (RMA) number will be created. The RMA should go in the shipping box that matches the item being returned. If multiple items are in multiple boxes, make a copy of the document and put an RMA in each box. Once a return is received it takes approximately 5-7 business days to send out a replacement item.

Lux Lamps, LLC is not responsible for any costs incurred as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts. Lux Lamps, LLC is not responsible for lost shipments. In this case, a lost shipment freight claim should be filed directly with the shipping company.
